I provide one to one tuition in my workshop. The workshop is fully equipped with Carlisle Mini-CC torch running on propane gas and oxygen from an oxygen concentrator and a propane-only hothead torch (often used by new bead makers as a starting torch for Lampwork),  an Arrow Springs 20amp annealing kiln and full exhaust ducting.

I provide all tools and glass and safety gear including Didymium glasses and heat resistant gloves if required.

A First Aid kit is kept in the workshop. All activities are fully insured through City Rural Insurance Brokers and QBE.

Full tuition costs $40 an hour (minimum 2 hrs), or whole day sessions for $160,  including lunch. These costs include all glass, gas and electricity and use of all equipment including kiln.

Sessions for two students can be arranged, using the hothead and Mini CC. 

 I live approximately 20km north of Grafton in Northern New South Wales. There is plenty of accommodation available in the area, ranging from the local pub and caravan park to motels in Grafton and more up market accommodation in the lovely seaside resort of Yamba.
